The calendar was the right setting. It rescued nothing: not the thin page, not the silence afterwards. This is the direct counter to “aim for Thursday and you’ll be fine”.
Day of week is a handicap to avoid, not a plan. Humble Bee avoided the handicap. It did not have the rest.
