Three collection points receive data: the studio diagnostic form (/diagnostic) and the creator application form (/createurs), plus the voluntary Field Report signup (/en/field-report).

Fields collected per form:

• Diagnostic: game name, Steam URL, genre, launch window, wishlists, marketing budget, goals, current strategy, email, optional attachments.
• Creators: handle, channel link, genres covered, subscribers, publishing frequency, email, optional message.
• Field Report: email address and proof of the confirmation click.

The information submitted is used solely to deliver the requested service: a written analysis within 48 hours for the studio diagnostic, a channel review within 72 hours for the creator application.

The address provided for Field Report is used only to send this monthly newsletter, based on your consent. It is added to the list only after a second confirmation click, and every issue includes an unsubscribe option.

No data is resold, shared with commercial third parties, or used for external marketing campaigns. No automatic mailing list is built from form submissions.

Confirmation emails and the newsletter are sent via Resend(Resend, Inc., United States). Submissions are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure during processing (Vercel Inc., United States).

These subprocessors are themselves bound by contractual confidentiality commitments and do not use your data for any purpose other than the technical delivery of the service.

Diagnostic and application data is kept as long as the commercial relationship or application is active, and for up to three years after the last contact for relationship-history purposes. After that, it is deleted.

A Field Report address is kept until unsubscribe or withdrawal of consent. It is then retained on the suppression list to prevent any further unwanted send.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have at any time a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data.
