Our offers are for professionals: studios and independent developers ordering for their business. By ordering, you confirm you act for that business.

If the law still treats you as a consumer, the mandatory rules of French consumer law apply on top of these terms, including the right of withdrawal (section 8).

Software: Free is $0. Solo is $20 per month, Studio $100 per month, Publisher $200 per month.

Launch program: $990, paid once, for three months of work by the team (section 6).

Prices are in US dollars, tax exclusive. Applicable taxes are computed by Stripe Tax and shown before payment.

We may change the price of a subscription. A new price applies to a running subscription only after 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before then.

Payment is by card, through Stripe. The order is final once paid. The invoice is sent by email and stays available from your account.

A monthly subscription renews until it is cancelled. You cancel from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

Solo and Studio can be paused for one to three months. During a pause, access is that of the Free plan and the data stays.

If a payment fails, paid access stays open for a 7-day grace period. After that, the account moves to the Free plan and the data stays.

Introductions to creators in the network depend on their availability. Human review on the Studio and Publisher plans depends on available seats: beyond them, you join a waitlist and the software works right away.

What the team does. For three months, the Shypiard team works with you on your launch:

• your Steam page written for you (copy, tag choice, brief for the visuals), delivered within 72 hours of receiving the information requested, with two rounds of edits;
• a press kit ready to send;
• three creators chosen for their audience, the relationship structured and the deal negotiated, within three weeks;
• a 90-day outreach plan, run with you.

The Studio plan and the launch-week feature are included for 90 days from payment.

Start. The team starts five Launch programs a month. If the month's places are taken, the team's work starts at the first free place, whose date is given to you in writing after payment. The three months of work count from that start. Until that work has started, you can ask for a full refund.

Not included. Ad spend, fees or payments asked by creators, translations, production of visuals and trailers, festival fees. These costs are yours, paid directly by you, and committed only with your written agreement.

Your part. You provide the information, visuals, Steamworks access or exports and game keys requested, and you answer within 5 business days. A delay on your side moves the deadlines by the same amount. You approve the deliverables and remain the only one to publish on Steam, unless you give access in writing.

Results. We commit to the work described, not to a result: no number of wishlists, sales or videos is guaranteed. Creators stay free to accept, to decline and to say what they think of the game. Any paid collaboration, or one with something in return, is disclosed by the creator as the law requires.

Ownership. You keep all rights to your game. You allow us to use its name, visuals and builds for the length of the program. The copy and press kit written by the team belong to you once the program is paid. We may cite your studio and game as a reference, unless you refuse in writing.

Confidentiality. Unreleased information, builds and Steamworks figures you share stay confidential. They are shown to a creator only with your agreement.

Stopping. You can stop the program at any time by email. Once the team's work has started, the price paid is not refunded.

Outside section 6 and the right of withdrawal, there is no automatic refund. Credit for Solo months already paid can be granted as a Stripe promotion code.

A consumer in the European Union has 14 days from their first order to withdraw, by writing to contact@shypiard.com. This right no longer applies once the service has been fully performed, or once performance has started with your express agreement and your waiver of this right.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the event in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost revenue.

The software relies on third-party platforms (Steam, YouTube, Twitch, Discord). A change or outage on their side can limit some features without making us liable.

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by French law. If you disagree with us, write to contact@shypiard.com first: we look for an amicable solution within 30 days.

Between professionals, failing agreement, disputes go to the courts within the jurisdiction of the Riom Court of Appeal. A consumer can also use a consumer mediator free of charge, or go to the court where they live.
