New indie games in 2026

Palworld

Palworld mixes creature collection with guns and base craft.

7 Days to Die

7 Days to Die is a voxel zombie sandbox whose week ends in a horde night. You mine, you wall, you hope the seventh dusk finds the concrete finished.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is an authored turn-based RPG with spectacle combat. A painted campaign. The party walks a France that is already fading, and a parry is a brushstroke.

Balatro

Balatro is a solo poker roguelike: you play poker hands, then buy jokers that rewrite how a hand scores.

Content Warning

Content Warning is a fake-YouTube horror drop: film the monster, extract the tape, hope the clip is the product and not the obituary. A camcorder is the weapon, and the instance is a dare.

Buckshot Roulette

Buckshot Roulette is a shotgun wager: skip shells, take pills, do not blink. A round is a bet, and the table is the whole campaign.

WEBFISHING

WEBFISHING is a social fishing lobby: chat, catch, vibe. The fish are an excuse to linger, and the dock is a campfire that happens to have a rod.

Halls of Torment

Halls of Torment is a darker survivors-like: timed horde rooms, Diablo-adjacent class fantasy, auto-attack builds.

ANIMAL WELL

ANIMAL WELL is a mute pixel metroidvania where the map is a riddle you keep, and combat is almost a rumor you stop expecting. A pixel that moved is the loot.

The Crust

Asgard's Fall — Viking Survivors

Zad Archery

Mahou Arms

Grail

Rogue Blight

Tenebris: Terra Incognita
